China's National Council for Social Security Fund stepped into top ten in the globe based on total assets at the end of 2012, became one of the world's top five Asia pension funds and was predicted to squeeze into the world's top three in the following three years, according to the latest research co-released by global investment consultancy agency Towers Watson and Pension and Investment News.
