Fujitsu introduces the latest MB39C602 LED Driver Chip supporting the PWM dimming. Before the MB39C602, the MB39C601LED driver chip can support the AC/DC SCR dimming.
The MB39C602 adopts the Flyback toplogical structure with PFC-active and PWM dimming, whose switching time and frequency can be set, and supports the output constant current and constant voltage mode. The new series has the features of high power factor(>0.9), high efficiency(>85%), low EMI, supporting the full voltage( AV85~265V input), 50W maximum power( 200V input).
The MB39C602 has the SOP-8 packaging, 3.9mm×5.05mm×1.75mm( lead pitch 1.27mm). The new chip is suitable for the ordinary lighting application, including LED bulb light, LED tube light, LED spot light, LED down light and LED ceiling light.
