Process Ceramic of Transfer Printing area

In transfer or pad printing, ink is applied onto a printing plate by a feeding motion (wiping) of an ink dispenser. CM-Hightec is offering the ceramic wiper ring in different sizes. The material – our Z 141- which has already been successfully used in machinery and medical applications leads to: • higher edge stability! • long-term resistance in liquid media! • smooth and clean wiping, free of streaks! Standard sizes are between 40 - 200mm in Diameter.
